Welcome to my portfolio! I’m excited to share a few project samples that reflect my work as a Sales Enablement Manager and instructional designer. From building onboarding programs and sales playbooks to launching new products and creating customer-ready assets, each project represents a hands-on, collaborative effort to help sales teams sell with confidence and clarity. Product Enablement Training Program
Q2-Q4 2025
Project Overview: I led the design and execution of a comprehensive training series focused on deepening product knowledge across Sales and Customer Success teams. The goal of this series was to ensure teams could confidently articulate the value of one of our core products, handle objections, and drive customer adoption.
In partnership with Product Marketing, I also developed a collection of enablement materials, including explainer guides, brochures, and sales slides, that equipped reps with clear, customer-ready messaging to support every stage of the sales cycle.
Sales Playbook
Q1-Q4 2024
Project Overview: I created and launched Fourth’s first-ever Global Sales Process Playbook, an asset designed to drive consistency, clarity, and confidence across the sales organization. The playbook serves as a single source of truth for reps at every stage of the sales cycle, combining sales methodology, messaging frameworks, and enablement resources. It was developed in close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and go-to-market strategy.
